Healthcare professionals
Business address for healthcare professionals
A registered office for your professional practice company or self-employed activity, and above all an accountancy firm that genuinely understands your profession: doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, dentists, midwives, psychologists…
A business address that knows your profession
Most business-address providers just sell you an address, full stop. Domisiège is backed by Épiphyse Conseil, an accountancy firm specialising in the liberal and healthcare professions. Behind the address, you therefore deal with someone who knows your pension funds (CARMF, CARPIMKO, CARCDSF…), your BNC and your professional-conduct obligations, not a generalist call centre.
Who it is for
For healthcare professionals working self-employed or through a practice company:
- Doctors, dentists, midwives, pharmacists;
- Medical auxiliaries: nurses, physiotherapists, speech therapists, chiropodists/podiatrists, orthoptists;
- Psychologists and other liberal healthcare professions;
- whether you practise in your own name (sole proprietorship) or through a practice company (SELARL, SELAS…).
What your business address gives you
A registered-office address in Tours for your practice company or sole proprietorship, the proof of occupancy required at registration, the handling of your professional mail, and access to a specialist accountant. It also lets you keep your personal address separate from your registered office, without exposing where you live.
The company's registered office ≠ your practice address
One point we will always be clear about: the domiciliation provides the registered-office address of your entity, an administrative address. It does not replace your place of practice, the practice where you see your patients, which remains declared to your professional Order (Ordre) and subject to its rules. We provide a registered office for your company, not for your care activity. In the same way, the registered-office address changes neither your pension fund nor your contributions, which follow your profession.

Frequently asked questions
Can I register my SELARL or my SELAS at Domisiège?
Yes: the domiciliation provides the registered-office address for your practice company, together with the proof of occupancy required for registration. You can also register a sole proprietorship.
Does the domiciliation replace my practice address declared to the Ordre?
No. It gives the registered-office address, which is administrative. Your place of practice, the practice where you see your patients, remains declared to your Ordre and governed by its rules. These are two separate addresses.
What makes Domisiège suited to the healthcare professions?
Because it is backed by Épiphyse Conseil, an accountancy firm specialising in the liberal and healthcare professions. Behind the address, you deal with someone who knows your BNC, your pension funds (CARMF, CARPIMKO, CARCDSF…) and the specifics of your situation.
Does registering my company change my contributions (CARMF, CARPIMKO…)?
No. Your contributions and your pension fund depend on your profession and your activity, not on your registered-office address. The address is used to register the company and to receive your mail.
I practise in my own name, without a company: does this apply to me?
Yes. A sole proprietorship also has a declared address, its registered office, which you can house with us so you do not have to use your personal address. The principle is the same.
